The main reason for the consumer court establishment is to protect the consumers who are buying things from the sellers, shop and corporate. Some consumers are cheated by some sellers because of the reasoning of monopoly, not getting enough awareness, etc.
By avoiding this term, it means prohibiting the dominant position of the sellers over the consumers by using demands, depending on the situation.
Stopping the selling frauds among the country’s people is taken by some owners from the people for the yielding purpose.
