Chelsea’s coach, ‘Graham Potter’ is terminated by the team Executives.

The Coach of a famous Football club ‘Chelsea’ was terminated on Sunday. Graham Potter was elected as the manager of Chelsea Football Club, six months ago. And now, team executives announced the departure of Graham Potter a day after a 2-0 loss to Aston Villa in the ongoing ‘English League’. It has been almost seven months since they took a risk on him to succeed Thomas Tuchel, who had been dismissed.

The loss to Aston Villa has left Chelsea in 11th place on the point table. Chelsea co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali said that the team has the highest degree of respect for Graham Potter as a coach and as a person. They also said that the team has always been disappointed in that outcome.

Ultimately, the managerial appointment by the first American ownership backfired. Despite Potter’s lack of experience in coaching, he was brought in from the famous football club ‘Brighton’ on a five-year deal. Potter won the only trophy in 2017 which was the ‘Swedish Cup.’

Chelsea has won just 7 out of 22 matches in the Premier League tournaments, and with 10 matches left to play, they have lost to Manchester City in both domestic cups, but have made it to the quarter-finals. “Now, the charge of Chelsea’s coach will be taken by Bruno Saltor, a member of Potter’s coaching staff on an interim basis and there wasn’t any sign of a new appointment”. Said an administrator of Chelsea

“Chelsea’s next game is against Liverpool on Thursday and Graham has agreed to collaborate with the club to facilitate a normal and smooth transition”, said Chelsea. Mauricio Pochettino, Former Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain coach could also be an option for Chelsea because he was interviewed for the position along with Potter in September.

‘In this situation, Potter and Chelsea agreed to a settlement that resulted in him not receiving the complete sum of his remaining contract’, British Media reported on Sunday. It would be important to win all upcoming tournaments for Chelsea to qualify for the next Champions League and would be a challenge also.

Despite the unfavorable circumstances, Junior Nagalson is currently in the lead of this race.
