He noted that one permanent Security Council member (Russia) had just “committed an aggression against its neighbor and seized its land, and the Security Council is not in a position to take any decisions…because veto power is in the hands of its own (UNSC) member.”
Krösi emphasized the need for UNSC reforms and noted that while the permanent members have not often been very enthusiastic, they have stated that they are willing to look into such reforms.
While talking about India’s role in the Russian-Ukraine conflict, Korosi said New Delhi was very active in all conflict-related issues.
He stated, “All issues related by China must be settled by peaceful means,” about India’s Sovereignty.
