Panaji: According to authorities, a chartered flight carrying 240 passengers from Moscow to Goa was diverted to Uzbekistan early this morning because of a bomb threat.
The plane was scheduled to land at the Dabolim airport in Goa about 4:15 am, according to a senior police official.
