Actor Satish kumar dies after getting ill at Delhi farmhouse.

Actor Satish kumar was at a farmhouse in Delhi when he got ill. He was immediately rushed to a hospital in Gurugram. He was found dead on reaching the hospital, according to police sources.

Mr. Satish came to Delhi for his Holi celebrations. He attended the Holi party at Javed Akhtar- Shabana Azmi’s home, the previous day. He posted the joyful on his social media with family and friends. 

Police are gathering information on where he was during his day time. But nothing suspicious has emerged till now. Further examination can provide more details about time and reason of death. But the preliminary examination suggests that he dies because of heart attack. 

His manager Santosh Rai was among the people who rushed him to hospital. With a talk with ANI, he said “ Mr.Satish slept at 10:30 pm. Around 12:10 am , he called me and complained of breathlessness”. 

Since, he was from Delhi, the hospital informed the Delhi police. Then the police moved the body to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital for autopsy from Fortis Hospital, Gurgaon.After the postmortem was conducted, body was handed over to his family. 

After Holi celebrations, sudden death of actor Satish Kaushik has shocked the film industry. His friends and companions are pouring tributes for him. Farah Khan posted “ Too sudden and too sad…the kindest, Happiest man. RIP Satish Kaushik”. Actress Neha Dhupia, Varun Dhawan, Subhash Ghai who worked with him in Ram Lakhan are among the people who shared their condolences.

In a tweet Prime Minister Modi said “ Pained by the untimely demise of noted film personality Shri Satish Kaushik Ji. He was a creative genius who won hearts thanks to his wonderful acting and direction”. 

Actor Satish kumar was born in Haryana and raised in Karol Bagh. He was a former student of National school of drama. He was mostly known for his comic attitude and roles. His memorable characters include Ashok in 1983 classic Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron. His role in movie Mr. India is also one of the unforgettable characters.
