 Letitia Wright is an English actress. She’s best known for her  places in  Black panther( 2018),  Punisher’s perpetuity War( 2018),  Ready Player One( 2018).  She has also appeared in  TV series  similar to Humans( 2015) Doctor Who( 2017).   Wright has  entered  multitudinous awards and nominations, including an NAACP Image Award and a BAFTA Rising Star Award. 

She’s also a philanthropist of the British Academy of Film and Television trades( BAFTA) Advance Brit award. As of 2021, Letitia Wright’s net worth is estimated to be around$ 2 million.   

Early life 

Letitia Michelle Wright was born on October 31, 1993, in Georgetown, Guyana. She’s the son of Sylvia and Peter Wright. She has three siblings.   At the age of seven, she moved to London with her family. She was raised in Ladbroke Grove and attended the Barbara Speake Stage School. 

Career  

 Letitia Wright began her amusement career in 2011, appearing in  TV series  similar to Top Boy and knockout. In 2013, she made her film debut in the British drama film Urban Hymn. The  ensuing time, she appeared in the crime drama film My Family the Devil.   

Wright’s advance came in 2015 when she starred as Simone in the  TV series Humans. The same time, she also appeared in a short film called#TwitterKills. In 2016, she starred in the crime drama film Uncorked and the comedy- drama film Urban & the Shed Crew. 

  Wright’s big break came in 2018 when she starred as Shuri in the Marvel superhero film Black panther. The same time, she also appeared in the  wisdom  fabrication film Ready Player One and the superhero film Punisher’s perpetuity War. Wright’s other film credits include  The Commuter( 2018),  Little Fish( 2020),  Death on the Nile( 2021).

As of 2021,Letitia Wright has a net worth of $ 2 million.   

Personal

Letitia Wright isn’t married. Still, she has been linked to actor John Boyega.   She’s an active member of the church and is a strong religionist in Jesus Christ.  In 2020, Wright was diagnosed with clinical depression.   In 2021, she was involved in a contest after  twittering a  videotape which questioned the  efficacy of the Covid- 19 vaccine. She  later apologised for the tweet.  

Awards and Achievements   

In 2018, Letitia Wright won the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a stir Picture for her performance in Black panther. At the same time, she also won the BAFTA Rising Star Award.   In 2019, Wright was named an Advance Brit by the British Academy of Film and Television trades( BAFTA).  In 2021, she was nominated for a Screen Actors council Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Stir Picture for her performance in Black panther.
