Videos from the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in 8K and 4K have been put online.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series and Galaxy Book3 notebooks will be on sale starting on February 1. (Wednesday). There have been numerous leaks about the three new smartphones, and in recent days we have even started to discover more about their costs. You might wish to take advantage of the pre-booking discount while you still have the chance because recent information points to a price hike.

Edwards Urbina has been snapping images using the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in advance of its official introduction. He is currently showcasing how much more advanced the phone’s video capabilities are.

Here is the sample at 4k 60 FPS uploaded at YouTube by Edward.

Unfortunately, only this one has been uploaded thus far. Even though Urbina has published more videos to Twitter, the social media site has trouble supporting HD content.

Here is a sample 8K footage, though, shot with the main 200MP camera (based on the new ISOCELL HP2 sensor). Note how smooth it is even if the visual quality has been severely reduced. Currently, 8K videos can be played at 30 frames per second on the Galaxy S23 series.

Here are two sets of images that compare a 10x telephoto camera’s optical zoom to its counterpart at 30x digital zoom:
