Met Gala was founded in 1946 but the major gala event took place in 1948, Met Gala is nothing but fundraising for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York city.
And every year the gala event is held under the maintenance of Anna Wintour .
The gala event is based on a person’s status, a charity and invitations. Met gala is held on the first Monday of May every year.
Celebrities will be dressed most glamorously,and the guest outfits were finalized by Anna wintour.

Met Gala 2023-interesting dress up:
This year the theme was to tribute late fashion designer “Karl Lagerfeld:a line of beauty”. Many celebrities, singers, athletes and models were invited, all were in white, black and red costumes.
The Met Gala event was hosted by Penelope,dua lipa, Michaela coel and vogue’s Anna wintour.
Alia Bhat made her first Met Gala debut and her costume was elegant.she wore a white gown with one lakh pearls .

Priyanka Chopra was styled in a black and white gown with her husband and she wore a 200 cr worth necklace for the gala event.
Ame Hathaway was portrayed in a dramatic costume with Jared Leto and Salma Hayek.
Kristen Stewart was almost dressed up with a formal black and white look. Rihanna was dressed up in white gown with a head scarf, then she removed her scarf to make her baby bump visible.
