Three Major Terms of Support Usability

When we talked about web usability, it includes five key factors: availability, clarity, recognition, credibility, and relevance or importance.

There are three terms included in this broad term Support Usability as follows;

The support level to the user in the process of achieving the goals.

You can predict the action based on the history or previous records about future activities.
