WHO ARE THE USERS? AND WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY “NEEDS” IN IXD?

Interaction design (IXD) is the practice of designing products, services, and systems with a focus on the interactions between people and technology. At the heart of IXD is the concept of user-centered design, which means that the needs and goals of the people who will be using a product or service are the starting point for the design process.

So, who are the users in IXD? They are the individuals or groups of people who will be interacting with a product or service.
