RRR has been in the talks for acquiring two Golden Globe nominations for the track ‘Natu Natu’ and also for best non-English language film.
New York Film critics circle has awarded Rajamouli as best director.
‘RRR ‘ director S.S. Rajamouli confirms that the sequel to his blockbuster hit is in progress, he also briefed that his father Vijayendra Prasad is “working on the story”.
The ‘RRR’ director says that a sequel wasn’t planned, but as it’s gaining global success we may get one. With the early success, we talked over it and had a few thoughts but didn’t consider the idea so we dropped it.
After the growing success, when the talks came up again, my cousin M.M Keeravani who is also a part of the movie, gave the idea and said it was worth pursuing.
‘RRR’ is also competing with over big movies including Avatar, Elvis, and many more.
