On last 20th of February, Mallikarjun Kharge said that 95% of raids conducting are on opposition leaders.
His statement comes after a tweet from Bhupesh Baghel. “Today the ED has raided the houses of many colleagues, including the treasurer of the Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee, the former vice-president of the party and an MLA.”
Bhupesh Baghel tweeted this on February 20. After that, they continued attacking BJP on this matter.
Congress said that BJP started conducting through ED because they are scared of the Congress convention. Just a few days after that Congress spoke person Pawan Kheda got arrested at Delhi airport but later supreme court give him interim bail.
In a press conference, Pawan Kheda mistakenly says Narendra ‘Gautam’ Das instead of Narendra ‘Damodar’ Das.
According to Congress, it was just a slip of tongue but BJP attacked them by saying it is intentional and they are trying to insult prime minister Narendra Modi by dragging his late father’s name into politics.
After his tongue slipped, Pawan Kheda said that “his name is Damodar Das but he works for Gautam Das” referring to the businessman Gautam Adani.
Congress is looking very aggressive nowadays and continuously attacking BJP and PM Modi. After the raid in Chhattisgarh on their leaders, Congress tweeted “the dictator is scared.
ED raid is conducted on our leader in Chhattisgarh just before the convention. They think we will get scared.” Through this tweet, they are directly attacking the current government by saying it is a dictatorship.
Congress is looking very different after the completion of the “Bharat Jodo Yatra.” They have not been in such an aggressive mood for a very long time and they also faced the result of it. Now they are looking very aggressive and looking very prepared for the 2024 general elections.
The opposition which was inactive for the last 8 years, is getting active now. They are continuously targeting PM Modi and BJP on various topics. They keep asking the question of ‘why PM Modi hasn’t started the investigation on Adani and about his relationship with Adani’ even in the convention.
There are many topics on which Congress is trying to attack BJP, whether calling them a dictator, calling their governance an unannounced emergency, saying they are trying to take over government institutions for their benefit and much more.
